Refund policy

Eligible for a full refund if items are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Customer pays return shipping costs. 

DAMAGED OR USED ITEMS: No refunds for items not in original, sellable condition. 

PROCESS: Contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return. Once approved, send the items back with the return label provided. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receipt. 

EXCHANGES: For exchanges, follow the return process and note your preferred size/color in the return form.
